Which plan should I start with?

Why is the Legacy Package one-time instead of monthly?
Because it's an heirloom, not a subscription. You pay once to create it — the full interview, the photos, their voice in their own words — and a small yearly vault fee keeps it safe and talkable for the decades it's meant to last. First year included.
Do allowances roll over?
No — messages, voice minutes, and video minutes reset on the 1st of each month. The allowances are set generously; most people never touch the ceiling.
