Cancel any time. Cancel from your account page; you keep access through the end of the period you paid for. No cancellation fees, no retention hoops.

Renewals. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the new period begins, but if something went wrong — a technical failure, a voice that stopped working, a billing mistake — email us and we'll make it right, including refunds where warranted.
